What we
Offer

Programs Designed for you

Your journey, fully customized.
From recovery to performance, every step is shaped around what matters most to you.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise is the foundation of long-term recovery, strength, and confident movement. We use intentional, goal-driven exercises to correct impairments, restore function, and build strength where you need it most. Each program is customized to your goals, helping you move better, reduce injury risk, and progress toward your next level with purpose and confidence.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy combines movement with hands-on techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and release restrictions that limit how your body moves. Through soft tissue work, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, IASTM, and other skilled techniques, we help restore fluid, comfortable motion so you feel looser, lighter, and more capable in your everyday movement.

Sports Performance

Sports performance training elevates strength, mobility, power, and resilience so you can perform at your best. Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete, dedicated lifter, field sport athlete, or weekend warrior, your program is tailored to your sport and goals. We focus on efficient movement, injury recovery, and performance gains that translate directly to how you train and compete

Recovery Sessions

Recovery sessions help your body reset, heal, and prepare for what’s next. Using targeted recovery tools like soft tissue work, cupping, mobility-focused exercises, and specialty techniques, we reduce soreness and improve movement quality. You recover faster, move better, and stay consistent with training and daily activity.

Dry Needling

Dry needling uses precise, non-medicated needles to release muscle trigger points, decrease pain, and improve blood flow. This targeted approach helps reset muscle tension, improve tissue mobility, and restore normal movement patterns. The result is meaningful relief, smoother motion, and improved performance from the inside out.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to lift and decompress soft tissue, increasing blood flow and improving mobility. This technique helps reduce muscle tension, support recovery, and improve movement quality by allowing tissues to glide more freely. Cupping is often combined with manual therapy or exercise to enhance recovery and help you feel more open, mobile, and refreshed.

Running Support

Running support focuses on helping you return to running—or level up your miles—with confidence. We create personalized plans to improve running mechanics, reduce injury risk, and increase efficiency. Whether you’re training for a race or simply want pain-free runs, we guide you toward stronger, smoother, and more sustainable movement at your pace.

frequently asked questions

We believe clarity brings comfort — so here are the questions we’re asked most often, answered with care. Greater Heights Physical Therapy and Performance is an out-of-network provider, meaning that we do not take insurance. That does not mean you cannot receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Because this is complex topic, we like to discuss how to receive reimbursement from your insurance company during a screening call or in person.

-One-on-one sessions with the same provider each treatment.
-60 Minute treatment sessions.
-A customized treatment plan for your sessions and home program designed to help you recover quicker.
-Less visits means less total cost.
-Upfront cost with no surprise billing from insurances.
-No denying of care by insurances.

Out-of-network means that we do not accept insurances, and instead we treat by a cash-based treatment model. This allows us the freedom to customize your care without the limitations insurance companies put on providers.

By providing a cash-based model, we treat YOU, not the insurance companies. Unfortunately, insurance companies have a strong influence on how clinics provide treatments. This leads to short sessions, overworked therapists, being bounced around between many therapists, assistants, or unlicensed aides, and ultimately inconsistent care. When it comes to payments, most insurance companies do not cover the entire cost of treatment. Many patients will be responsible for copays until their deductible is met, and many times will not know their total cost until months later when they receive their bill after treatment. This all leads to a decrease in the quality of care that patient might receive and will likely result in more visits required to reach your goals. Many patients will have 2-3 session per week.

The largest benefit is the quality of care it allows us to provide our clients. You will have direct one-on-one access with the same doctor of physical therapy at each of your visits. Being out-of-network means that we can focus on your goals without worry of unreasonable patient volumes. We can develop customized plans for your recovery and you will have more access to your physical therapist outside of the treatment session. You are not another number to us and we refuse to compromise your care. In many cases, the cost of treatment will be less than using insurance, as cash-based practices often require less visits for your plan of care.
